What will you do? 

– Create, build and maintain good relationships with partners and their customers 

– Maximize sales and contribute within agreed budget to reach set goals 

– Develop solid growth for our company 

– Ensure that collaborations contribute to the purpose and create value for all stakeholders 

– Develop plans, set goals and execute activities together with partners 

– Develop and build a new global partner network 

Who are you? 

We are looking for someone who has senior experience in partner sales. You are committed, driven, without prestige and like to think together with others. You are strategic with strong communication skills and can build relationships with a high level of trust. You are happy to contribute with your ideas, identify problems and offer solutions. 

What will you contribute with in your role? 

– Experience of partner sales 

– Used to a technically oriented organization 

– Excellent oral and written skills in English and Swedish (or another Nordic language) 

– Experience in selling digital solutions such as SaaS to partners 

– Self-motivated with intuition for business 

– Used to working towards results through collaboration 

– Strong ability to listen and to communicate effectively with all types of customers 

At Vocean we work from anywhere, preferably (but not required) Nordics for this position.
