Vocean welcomes the world’s best Liza-Maria Norlin to the team

We want more brilliant solutions to have a voice and come to life. We need them all, whether it’s for global social challenges or the development of a smaller organization. Our team of Voceaners are important enablers for this, and we are therefore extremely happy to welcome the world’s best Liza-Maria Norlin to us as Marketing Manager. 

“Engagement for people, organizations, and communities has always been one of my strongest driving forces. Now, to be able to contribute in a concrete way to strengthening democracy and co-creation in a small group or for larger societal movements, it’s a luxury. Plus, with the latest technology to help,” says Liza-Maria Norlin, Marketing Manager at Vocean.

Liza-Maria Norlin most recently comes from Bron Innovation, where she has worked as a process manager for GovTech Sweden over the past few years. With a large network, solid knowledge of innovation, leadership, digitalization, and a warm heart, she becomes a key player in facilitating co-creation for the next level of innovation.

Vocean started as an idea by a few people in a municipality in southern Norrland. Today, it is a unique platform for open innovation where voices from around the world take place. “”I look forward to now do what I previously have been supporting and talking about – to use ideas and create impact”, says Liza-Maria Norlin.

Vocean is in the midst of exciting development, where AI, in particular, is providing more and more opportunities to support us humans in innovation and decision-making. As a platform that stands entirely on its own but with close collaboration with, for example, Microsoft and Gartner, we see enormous potential for Vocean to be one of the global enablers for what we say is the place where co-creation meets the next level of innovation.
